이 연구의 목적은 페미니즘 독서토론의 경험이 있는 회원들이 어떻게 젠더불평등에 대처하는 전략들을 실현하는지 분석함으로써 젠더불평등의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안적 방안들을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 논의로서 질 들뢰즈와 펠릭스 가타리의 안티오이디푸스에 대한 논의와 여성-되기의 사유들을 검토하고자 한다. 들뢰즈와 가타리는 공저인 〈천개의 고원〉을 통해 소수성과 소수자의 존재와 실천들의 중요성을 세밀한 논리로 규명한다. 여성은 인구통계학적 측면에서 다수를 점한다고 해도 남성에 비해 소수성을 지닌 존재이다. 이러한 측면에서 들뢰즈와 가타리의 소수자 사유는 본 연구가 초점을 둔 젠더불평등의 인식 사례들을 분석하는데 풍부한 사유의 근거들을 제공할 것으로 판단된다. 분석방법은 스트라우스와 코빈의 근거이론방법을 적용해 젠더불평등 상황에 대한 대처전략과 이론 개발을 꾀한다. 이를 통해 우리 사회가 직면한 젠더불평등의 문제를 좀 더 생생한 경험 및 인식 자료들을 수집해 체계적 분석을 행하고자 한다. 이 연구의 의의는 여성의 주체성에 대한 고민과 여성주의에 대한 사회적 문제의식의 확장 및 실천적 전략을 모색하는 데 있다.

This study aims to find the coping strategy to solve problems relating to the gender inequality by analyzing how people who have experience in reading debate actually deal with the matters involving gender inequality. To do so, we are going to study anti-Oedipus discussion and being-woman of Gilles Deleuze and F?lix Guattari as theological argument. “A thousand Plateau” co-written by Deleuze and Guattari thoroughly demonstrates the meaning of being minority and importance of carrying out its right. Even though women are measured to be majority in demographic segmentation, they are still considered as “minority” compared to men. In this aspect, study of minority by Deleuze and Guattari provides substantial grounds for this study focusing on analyzing real examples of gender inequality. The way of analysis is to make coping strategy and theological development of gender inequality matters by applying grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin. By doing so, we can make the accurate strategic analysis facing the real problems and collecting the vivid examples of gender inequality. The core meaning of this study is to think about independence of women and also to extend the social awareness of feminism as well as to find the practical tactic to solve problems.
