지각된 의료서비스와 전환장벽이 관계품질과 서비스충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 | 2007.02.23

Recently, the focus of marketing research has changed from transaction marketing to relationship marketing, so exchange between a company and a customer emphasize the long-term orientation. Such a trend is also true in medical service industry because of the increasing competition globalization of medical service industry and increasing expectation of service by the customer. So this research focuses on relationship marketing of the medical service industry. The core concepts of relationship marketing research are the relationship quality and service loyalty. The research model of this research include two main themes. One is that the medical service quality(technical quality, personal quality, physical quality, and order quality) has an effect on the service loyalty(attitudinal loyalty, behavioral loyalty) through the relationship quality(satisfaction, trust). The other is that moderating effects of switching barriers(switching cost, attractiveness of alternatives) between satisfaction and behavioral loyalty, and between trust and behavioral loyalty. Empirical research was conducted for that purposes and the findings are as follows.

현재의 쥬얼리(jewelry) 장신구 제작은 수(手) 공예 작업을 근거로 한 가내 수공업에서 벗어나 자동화설비에 따른 대량 생산적 양상의 산업화로 변모해 있다. 그러나 현대 소비자의 다양한 욕구와 빠르게 변화하는 유행에서 미래의 귀금속산업이 경쟁력을 갖기 위해서는 소량 다품종의 생산 시스템을 갖추어야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 시대가 요구하는 새롭고 다양한 디자인을 개발하는데 초점을 맞추어야 하며 그 중 컴퓨터시스템의 도입과 컴퓨터 제어에 의한 모형 제작 시스템은 새로운 디자인에 대처하는 속도가 빠르고 다양한 디자인까지도 제작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사람이 제작하기 힘든 정밀한 제품까지 쉽게 제작할 수 있어 원본제작을 위한 국내의 높은 인건비를 감소시킬 수 있으며 국제적인 경쟁력까지 갖출 수 있는 대안이라고 생각한다. 때문에 본 논문에서는 우리나라 업체에 가장 많이 보급되어 있고 쓰이는 귀금속 전용 프로그램 중 명령체계가 매우 단순해서 쉽고 빠르게 배울 수 있는 이상적 프로그램인 jewel CAD를 이용하여 전문 인력교육을 시켜 현장에서 활동할 수 있도록 함으로써 귀금속산업에 커다란 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라고 확신한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 우선 우리의 교육현장에서 귀금속 디자인과 제작교육이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는가를 알아 본 결과 이미 컴퓨터에 의한 교육이 전반적으로 이루어지고 있으나 아직까지 쥬얼리 캐드의 보급률이 부족하고 정립된 컬리큐럼이 없어 교육과정이나 방법론이 혼란된 상태로 교육되어짐으로 효율성이 적은 편이었다. 때문에 본 연구에서는 교육프로그램을 좀 더 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 이론과정과 실기과정으로 구분하는데 이론과정으로는 디자인의 이해와 방법론 및 쥬얼리 캐드의 특성에 관한 것으로 디자인의 이해에서는 쥬얼리의 역사, 방법론에서는 디자인의 전개, 재료 표현 그리고 쥬얼리 캐드의 특성에 관해서는 시스템의 단계를 이론으로 한다.

In the modern society, image-making through make-up is considered not only as a simple means for better appearance but as an importance ingredient for better impression for more effective interpersonal and social communication. The purpose of the present study is to empirically investigate the relationship between the perceptions and emotions of make-up performers and those of observers. The study explored the congruence and incongruence between make-up performers and observers in their perceptions of make-up image in an attempt to contribute to establishing a foundation for predicting make-up emotion variables of the two groups and for improving self-satisfaction and interpersonal relationship, and for the corporal customer marketing education. The study is theoretically based on the concept of art trends, their relation to make-up, and the analysis of representative characteristics of make-up images. Among the make-up images discussed in previous research, natural, romantic, and modern images based on naturalism, romanticism, and modernism were chosen as the representative images. Influenced by the art trends, each make-up image has led a make-up trend, including and reflecting the concepts and artistic characteristics.

The purpose of the study is, to contribute to understanding and analysing what factors and social-politicaI interaction drive on Gwangju Photonics cluster formation. A summary of the key findings of the study is as follows. The findings reveal that the primary factor for Gwangju Photonics Cluster formation is brought about by the political and economic situation, which are combined with a central government influence, regional characteristics lagging behind in growth, and the cooperation of the industry - academy - research for the formulation , and execution of Photonics projects. The second finding indicates that university`s participation on selecting new growth industries is an important factor. In particular, university`s research experts, who are the core group of innovation, have partaken on designing Photonics Projects, which are adopted by Gwangju city government and further taken as the central government policies, as having drawn attention to university and industry communities at local levels. The third finding shows that key basic industries, which are centered on electricity and electronics parts companies, are highly connected with Photonics industries in Gwangju city. The industries related leads to a major factor to be concentrated in Gwangju city. The final finding suggests that companies are clustered in a certain place where the government-supported infrastructure for innovation are concentrated.

Given that cultures embrace literature and the arts as well as ways of life, value systems, traditions and beliefs, the protection and promotion of their diversity presents special challenges: notably defending creative capacity through the multitude of its material and immaterial forms and ensuring that all peoples live together peacefully.

Today is a multi-cultural era which has various modes of life and self-expression is commonly accepted by most people. Addition to that, new values got to appear in diversity of fields affected by post-modernism at the end of 20th century. With this social atmosphere, recognition of human body began to change and that helped to give birth to the new genre of body art. However, body art has been existing through men`s history under the name of tattoo which was initially developed for a healing method or a occult art. Through old times of korea, tattoo was mainly used as a symbol of criminals and especially in Cho-sun dynasty it had negative recognition under the influence of Confucianism. With changing recognition of tattooing and attitudes towards self-expression, general public`s thought about tattoo also has been changed gradually, so it seems to be accepted in a way of beauty culture or art. However, laws and policies are not coping with the situation, which means tattooing in korea is still definite illegal activity. In foreign countries tattooers or similar service providers` treatment is accepted legally.

This study examines and analyzes transformation of traditional dwelling space by residents at Nagan folk village of six traditional folk villages in Korea which completed remodelling from conservative view and is to suggest new conservative methods to apply it to the five folk villages which began the secondary remodeling work by finding out conservative method collecting transformation phenomena. Residents` transformation of individual dwelling space is progressive and accumulative phenomena and such a process damages spatial structure of folk village gradually and it is urgent to present a new conservative direction which can collect conservation and transformation in the conflict relationship. The present study attempted to investigate the effects of self-regulatory focus on consumers` attitude in relation with the types of advertisement and the product, time pressure, and purchasing time distance factors. Research on self-regulatory focus has been conducted mostly in the areas of advertisement framing and brand extension. And prior advertisement framing research related to self-regulatory focus has been carried out on very limited types of advertisement, namely, positive advertisement, negative advertisement, benefit advertisement, and property advertisement as major types of advertisement. In addition, studies of consumer information process related to self-regulatory focus also have been conducted only on a limited number of factors, such as common/differential factor, prior knowledge, advertisement context, and congruence/incongruence. However, in forming the consumers` attitude, other conditions of advertisement should be considered, such as image or attribute advertisement, unlike the prior research where only limited advertisement types have been explored.

The purpose of this study is to obtain reasonable and valid conclusions through examinations of libel relating to issued publications based on criminal codes through bibliographical research. These days, new media such as newspapers, magazines, televisions and the internet network have worked as a means to improve freedom of expression and organize the order of democracy. However, evil practices are occurring due to mass media, one of which is libel. In addition, as current society has become hugh and urbanized thanks to development of communication equipment and technology, the liber cases are getting complex and diversified, and they have caused many large damages. As democratic countries have to create and maintain democratic political orders by integrating opinions of the majority based on free formation and delivery of public opinions, the freedom of expression, in particular, on public matters should be guaranteed as an important constitutional right.
